Sinarmas Land and MCL Land have submitted the highest bid of $1,223 psf ppr for Pine Grove Parcel B through a government Land Sales bid (GLS), which is next to the current new launch Pinetree Hill (Parcel A). There were a total of 3 bids for the parcel B site and the winning bid was at $692.388 million from the 2 highly reputed developers.

The successful bid surpassed the second-highest offer by 23.8%, totaling $988 per square foot per plot ratio (psf ppr) proposed by the UOL Group and Singapore Land (SingLand) joint venture.

The Parcel B site, which has a 269,552 square feet land size holds a 99-year lease and allows for a maximum gross floor area of 566,003 square feet. Its development potential includes a new residential project comprising of around 565 units.

Analysts in the property sector anticipate the future average selling price for the condominium at Parcel B to range between $2,300 and $2,400 per square foot starting from the lowest floor.
